There has been an influx of chinese nationals in my neighbourhood over the past few years.

Apparently many residents rented their apartments out, making full use of this period of housing boom.

It isnt fair to say that I have something against them,

but I saw something outrageous today.

I guess almost every neighbourhood will receive the big garbage bag from their respective town councils for recycling, and what we have to do is to leave our used newspapers and etc at the doorstep of OUR HOUSE.

I went down exceptionally early this morning to buy my usual copy of the Straits Times.

At the lift landing, I saw this particular lady, whom i recognize as somebody frm my block, obviously, one of my not so new neighbours.

She was carrying a stack of crumpled newspapers, newspapers that look like they have been dug out of the rubbish bin.

Alright, never mind about that.

As long as she goes about her style of living without bringing disturbance to others.

And when I reached my own storey, I saw her acting suspiciously at the staircase near my neighbour's house, who apparently left a large stack of newspapers at their door step.

She must have hated me because I glared at her hoping that she would get the hint, that she is STEALING.

She did not.

I closed the door behind me, and continued to keep a watch for her, through the peep hole.

True enough, she waited for approximately 5 mins, and then she crept stealthily, taking the first bag, waiting for any reaction, and took the rest, and fled.

Although the stuff that she's taking may not be of extreme value and importance, but yet this obviously reflects very much on their morals.

I hope I'm not being too much of a nationalist, but their actions do not allow us Singaporeans to get along with them

So much of social cohesion.

I am simply outraged and disgusted at their behaviour.
